Washington Middle School Students of Month

Washington Middle School has announced the following students were named Students of the Month for September 2021:

Lauren Drahota - 6th Grade

Lauren is the daughter of Andy and Erin Drahota.

Favorite subject in school is English

Involved in basketball, dance, student council, OPUS, and 4H.

Hobbies include playing basketball and volleyball, singing, and reading.

Teacher Influence: “Mrs. Wenger because she always has a positive attitude and encourages me to do better than I would normally.”

Charlee Read - 6th Grade

Charlee is the daughter of Jon & Jessica Read

Favorite subject in school is Science

Involved in basketball, archery, dance, volleyball, and 4H

Hobbies include painting, sewing, drawing, playing with friends, and video games.

Teacher Influence: “Mrs. Schlabach, because I am not very good at math and she has been so patient and supportive towards me.”

Kaleb Orr - 7th Grade

Kaleb is the son of Jeremy & Shauna Orr

Involved in baseball

Hobbies include playing golf, fishing, and playing video games

Kylee Steele - 7th Grade

Kylee is the daughter of Cory & Katie Steele

Stephanie Soumahoro - 8th Grade

Stephanie is the daughter of Faude & Stephane Soumahoro.
