Washington to hold kindergarten round-up

Washington Community School District will hold kindergarten round-up on Monday, March 28 from 6-7:15 p.m. at Stewart Elementary School’s kindergarten classrooms.

Any child turning 5 years old on or before Sept. 15, 2022 is eligible for kindergarten. Stewart preschool and alternative kindergarten students do not need to attend. School officials will be doing their kindergarten round-up during the school day while they are in session.

Are you a parent or guardian that is unfamiliar with Stewart Elementary? There will be a parent informational meeting during the session while your child is attending round-up.

If you are familiar with Stewart School, you do not need to stay after dropping your child off. Current Stewart Preschool/AK guardians are welcome to attend informational session as well, just call the office to RSVP.
