Washington Writers’ Workshop to be held Saturday

WASHINGTON - Washington Public Library's Washington Writers' Workshop will be held on Saturday, Jan. 25.
The workshop will run from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with a presentation by poet Joseph Duffy from the Iowa Writers' Workshop.
Born and raised on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Joseph Duffy is currently a graduate instructor and student in poetry and creative writing at the University of Iowa, Iowa Writers' Workshop.
The first hour of the event is devoted to the author's presentation and the second hour will be used for workshopping writers' submissions. The event is free and open to the public.
