Washington’s Quentin Howard receives John Philip Sousa Band Award
Quentin Howard received the John Philip Sousa Band Award at the Washington High School Fine Arts Banquet & Award Ceremony.
Howard’s name will be added to a large plaque with past recipients who received this most prestigious award given to high school musicians.
