The buoyancy of water means Water Pump provides a virtually impact-free cardiovasculat workout, significantly reucing stress on the joints and muscle soreness, but the intensity of the movement, using resistance weights and high energy makes the class a high calorie- and fat-burner while toning muscles and building endurance.
Classes are: 9-10 a.m. Monday through Saturday; 6:15-7:15 p.m. Mondays; and 5:30-6:30 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
