Wayland Independence Day celebrations
All day: All over Wayland a scavenger hunt game will take place. Throughout the festivities, use photo clues to locate places around town for a chance to win a prize. Forms can be picked up and turned in at City Hall,
6:30- 9:30 a.m. Lions Club breakfast at the Wayland Community Center
7:30 a.m. Freedom walk/run (rain or shine) at Wayland Central Park (City Hall)
9:30 a.m. Line up for the parade

Meal: Your choice of hamburger or hot Dog, chips or cold salad and drink (menu subject toavailability).
2-3 p.m. Town trivia at the Wayland Community Center
Dusk: Fireworks on the WACO High School football field (In case of rain, fireworks will be displayed July 5)
