Wayland T.T.T. Society meets

Members of Chapter Iowa J, Wayland, of the National T.T.T. Society met Wednesday, February 26, 2020 in the Community Room of Wayland. President Georgia Fort called the meeting to order and Sword of Gold was sung.

Recording Secretary Tracy Hill took roll and read the minutes of the November 26, 2019 meeting and December 7, 2019 meeting. Treasurer Lori Messer gave her report. She reported on receipts of tip money from fund raiser at Mt. Pleasant Pizza Ranch.

A thank you note to Spring Grove UMW for their kind donation was signed by all present. Motion passed to send a Memorial Gift to the National Project Fund in Memory of Pat Brown of Chapter U, Mt. Union, and former national president.

Delegates were duly elected for state convention as Georgia Fort and Lori Messer. Judith Hueholt will serve as an alternate delegate, if needed. Motion carried to give $800 to the National Project Fund toward their expenses in providing the camp experience for the chapter's upcoming two campers.

The chapter will hold a bake sale and lunch on May 29, 2020, the Friday of the Wayland City-Wide Garage Sales.

The next meeting will be on March 24, 2020 at 6 p.m. at the Family Frontier Restaurant in Wayland. Meeting closed with repeating the Closing Creed.
