National T.T.T Society, Chapter Iowa J of Wayland welcomed their camper Ayrn and her mother to their meeting Tuesday evening, July 22, 2025. Ayrn gave a glowing report of her time at camp and had made a Poster of the Camp showing all cabins, activities and layout. She had put a lot of effort into her Poster and was greatly appreciated by Iowa J members. Ice Cream and cookies were served during the informal time together.
At the regular business meeting, Georgia gave her synopsis of the previous meeting/s in the absence of the recording secretary. Lori gave her treasurer’s report and it was accepted and filed for audit.
Judy moved to reimburse Georgia for travel expenses incurred taking Ayrn to Camp Bear Creek and return trip to bring her home. Seconded by Donna and carried unanimously.
Georgia read a notice from the City concerning charges for use of the Community Room beginning Jan. 1, 2026. Motion carried to pay the charge set for our T.T.T. Chapter’s use of the room.
