WCHC Board of Trustees to meet

The Washington County Hospital and Clinics Board of Trustees will meet virtually, via WebEx, at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, May 28, 2020. The purpose of the meeting is to hold the regular monthly Board Meeting.

The monthly Board Meeting will include quality reports, a service update, the April 2020 financial report and a CEO management report.

Following the open session, the Board will hold closed sessions according to State of Iowa Code 21.5(1)(a) for a Compliance Report and also according to State of Iowa Code 21.5(1)(l) for strategic planning/community based care.
