WCHC Board of Trustees to meet

WASHINGTON - The Washington County Hospital and Clinics board of trustees will meet at 4 p.m., Thursday, January 30, 2020 in the Robert Nicola Conference Room at the Washington County Hospital and Clinics located at 400 E. Polk Street, Washington, Iowa. The purpose of the meeting is to hold a monthly Board Meeting.

Routine agenda items include: Monthly Quality and Service Reports, review of the December 2019 financial reports, credentials request and CEO report. The following capital expenditure requests will be presented: 1) Flooring Replacement, 2) Interior LED Lighting, 3) EFIS Repair, 4) Adult & Pediatric Colonoscopes, 5) Phone System & Infrastructure Upgrade and 6) MRI Replacement-Approval for Bid Opening. In addition, the 2020 Depository Resolution will be presented and the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Annual Review will be completed.

Following the open session, the Board will meet in closed session according to State of Iowa Code Chapter 21.5(1)(a) for a compliance report, and according to State of Iowa Code Chapter 21.5(1)(l) for peer review and for strategic planning/community based care.
