WCHC board of trustees to meet

The Washington County Hospital and Clinics board of trustees will meet at 4 p.m., Thursday, April 25, 2019 in the Robert Nicola Conference Room at the Hospital located at 400 E. Polk Street, Washington, Iowa. The purpose of the meeting is to hold a monthly Board Meeting.

Items on the agenda include: Monthly quality and service reports, review of the March 2019 financial reports, Credentials request and CEO report. One capital expenditure request will be presented for an EEG Machine and Software. Also submitted for annual approval, including revisions, are the 2019 Utilization Management Plan and the WCHC Medical Staff Bylaws.

Following the open session, the Board will meet in closed session according to State of Iowa Code Chapter 21.5(1)(l) for peer review and for strategic planning/community based care.
