WCHC Board of trustees to meet

The Washington County Hospital and Clinics board of trustees will meet at 4 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 31, in the Robert Nicola Conference Room at the Hospital located at 400 E. Polk St.

Items on the agenda include: Hospital quality report, patient satisfaction report, provider discussion report, personnel/credentials committee report, monthly finance report and capital expenditure requests for a replacement human resource information system, steam sterilizer, laparoscopic cholecystectomy instruments, blood culture analyzer and phase 2 retro-commissioning energy improvements. The banking officers and Depository Resolution will be updated for 2019 and the CEO will give a management report.

Closed sessions will be held per Iowa Code 21.5(1)(I) for peer review, and also per Iowa Code 21.5(1)(I) for strategic planning/community based care.
