WCHC Board of Trustees to meet

The Washington County Hospital and Clinics Board of Trustees will meet at 4 p.m., Thursday, March 28, 2019 in the Robert Nicola Conference Room at the hospital located at 400 E. Polk Street. The purpose of the meeting is to hold a monthly Board Meeting.

Items on the agenda include: Monthly quality and service reports and review of the January 2019 financial report. One capital expenditure request will be presented for installation of a sterilizer. In addition, the 2017-18 Critical Access Hospital Program Review will be presented.

Following the open session, the Board will meet in closed session according to State of Iowa Code Chapter 21.5(1)(l) for peer review and for strategic planning/community based care.
