WCHC board of trustees to meet

The Washington County Hospital and Clinics board of trustees will meet at 4 p.m., Thursday, July 25, 2019, in the Robert Nicola Conference Room at the Washington County Hospital and Clinics located at 400 E. Polk Street, Washington, Iowa. The purpose of the meeting is to hold a monthly Board Meeting.

Items on the agenda include: Monthly Quality Report, FY2019 Patient Experience Report, review of the June 2019 and FY2019 year-end financial reports, credentials request and CEO report. In addition, the FY2020 Quality Improvement Plan, LTC Quality PI Plan and LTC Facility Assessment will be presented for review.

Following the open session, the Board will meet in closed session according to State of Iowa Code Chapter 21.5(1)(l) for peer review and for strategic planning/community based care and according to State of Iowa Code Chapter 21.5(1)(a) for a midyear compliance report.
