West Chester UMW
The West Chester United Methodist Women met at the UP Home Dec. 10, for lunch and a meeting. Seven members attended and enjoyed the lunch and fellowship.
Sharon Hahn opened the business meeting by telling of Jesus' birth from the books of Isaiah and Luke.
The minutes of the November meeting were read and approved. The treasurer's report was given and also approved.

The West Chester United Methodist Women met at the UP Home Dec. 10, for lunch and a meeting. Seven members attended and enjoyed the lunch and fellowship.

The minutes of the November meeting were read and approved. The treasurer's report was given and also approved.
Pat Dusenbery, Education and Interpretation chairman, passed out names of missionaries who had the same birthday as each person to correspond with and report back to the unit of any correspondence received.
The unit paid for two new pans that were bought for the kitchen.
There will be no meetings in January and February. The next meeting will be March 31. The unit will be sewing chest napkins for area nursing homes. A potluck lunch will be held at noon.
The unit then visited four members who reside in Brownlee. They then went to McCreedy Home and to West Chester to visit two more people. All were given a Christmas remembrance gift with a Merry Christmas wish.
