Westwood history program set in Mt. Pleasant

'History of Westwood, Iowa,” a free presentation by Westwood historian Glenda Campbell, will at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17 at the Henry County Museum in Mt. Pleasant.
This area of western Henry County was inhabited in the 1830s and became established as the city of Westwood in 1982.
The museum opens at 1 p.m. Refreshments will follow the presentation. For information, call 319-385-4983.
