White Cloud Club meets in Washington

The White Cloud Club opened the month of October with a meeting on the 1st. and enjoyed a luncheon at the Pizza Ranch in Washington.

Following lunch, President Betty Lintz opened the meeting with a few quotes to inspire everyone.

No minutes or treasurer's report was given.

New business was the agenda for the 2024-25 year. Each signed up to be hostess for a meeting month. Officers and committees will remain the same. Members then drew a new secret sister name for the next year. Pauline Richardson received a birthday gift. Then came time to guess who their Secret Sisters had been the past year. What fun everyone had trying to guess who their mystery sister had been. Some even tried to analyze the writing on the card.

Those in attendance were Jolene Colthurst, Diane Johnson, Betty Lintz, Margaret Patterson, Pauline Richardson and Virginia Sands.

Betty served as hostess.

The next meeting will be MONDAY, November 4, rather than Tuesday at 11:30 at the Pizza Ranch in Washington with Pauline as hostess.

CRAWFORDSVILLE FALL CLEANUP

The Fall Cleanup for Crawfordsville will be Monday, October 21, 2024. Please have items out by 7 a.m.

Household debris should be bagged......100 lb. limit

Wood needs to be bundled

Paint cans should be emptied and dried out

HARVEST SUPPER AND AUCTION

The annual Harvest Supper and Auction at the United Church of Crawfordsville will be Saturday, November 16, 2024.

The Supper will be held from 4:30-6:30 p.m. with the Auction starting at 7 p.m.
