Whitham to celebrate 70th anniversary as member of Daughters of the American Revolution
Wilma Lewis Whitham, of Fairfield, will celebrate her 70th year anniversary of membership in Daughters of the American Revolution, on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2019. The program and reception will begin at 10 a.m., at the First United Methodist Church in Fairfield, 201 North Court Street.
The public is invited to attend. Wilma was admitted to DAR on Dec. 6, 1949, and she is currently a member of Mt. Pleasant's James Harlan Chapter NSDAR, which is hosting the celebration. For further information, contact Mary Savage at m-savage@juno.com or 319-258-2510.
