Whoopee Days theme contest set
BRIGHTON ? Brighton area residents are encouraged to put on their creative thinking caps and submit ideas for a theme for the 102nd Brighton Whoopee Days.
Ideas are due by March 30. Submissions can be made at Brighton City Hall and many Brighton businesses.
The winner will receive Brighton Chamber Bucks that can be spent at local businesses.
