Winfield-Mt. Union in Mascot Challenge
Winfield-Mt. Union Community School District has registered for the annual Iowa’s Healthiest State Initiative on Wednesday, Oct. 6.
As a perk for being one of the first 64 schools to register, W-MU is enrolled in the Mascot Challenge with a grand prize of $1,000 to be announced the day of the healthiest state initiative.
Fans of W-MU can go to the school’s website each day this week to vote for W-MU. W-MU is competing against Winterset Elementary for a chance to advance to the round of 32 teams next week.
