Winfield-Mt. Union to host regional select band concert

Winfield-Mt. Union will host the Southeast Iowa Superconference High School Select Band on Thursday, March 24.
Students from numerous area schools will be in attendance for this event. The guest conductor for the 6:30 p.m. concert will be Steve Stickney, director of bands at Mt. Mercy University in Cedar Rapids. The program will feature a variety of selections, and the annual performance by the SEISC Band Directors' Jazz Band.
There will be a nominal admission charge at the door.
