Women’s cycle meets at UP Home

Nine members of the Presbyterian Women's Circle met at the U.P. Home Campbell Room on Nov. 14. After the sharing of Joys and Concerns, Co- Leader Jane Fehr opened the meeting with prayer. Betty Beenblossom with the assistance of Kay Hall was the hostess for the meeting. Esther Bordwell shared an inspirational reading and Betty Colby led devotions. Kay Hall gave the treasurer's report and announced that the Special Offering for November and December would go to Operation Backpack. Julia Gamon reported on Corresponding Missionary Tom Johnson. Plans were made for Thank Offering Sunday on Nov. 25, the PW Christmas Tea to be held on Dec. 5, and the PW regular Christmas meeting on Dec. 12. Esther Bordwell led the lesson which closed the meeting.
