Join Courtney Burkhalter from Iowa State University Extension and Outreach in Jefferson County at the Fairfield Public Library on Thursday, Feb. 26 at 3 p.m. as she shares information from the February Words on Wellness Newsletter.
The focus of this month’s presentation and discussion are on Beating the Afternoon Slump Without Caffeine, Cleaning vs. Sanitizing: What’s the Difference?, and Staying Active During the Day. Concluding the half hour, there will be hummus samples available to try from a recipe from Spend Smart. Eat Smart.
