Nightingale studied yoga with Baba Hari Dass and is a certified 200-hour yoga instructor. She has more than 10 years of experience as a yoga practitioner and has worked extensively with teaching yoga to children. She is committed to the somatic arts and continues to study with Continuum founder and movement expert Emile Conrad.
