Young Clover Kid engineers build with Legos
Over 20 young Clover Kids worked, designed, and built as engineers Monday, July 18 at the Second Annual Clover Kid Build-Off at the Washington County Fair. Over 20 young Clover Kids worked, designed, and built as engineers Monday, July 18 at the Second Annual Clover Kid Build-Off at the Washington County Fair. Clover Kid members and an adult partner had 15 minutes and their fill of Legos to design and build. This engineering activity was sponsored by Greiner Buildings, Engineered Building Design and Washington Home and Lumber Center. Representatives were there to help give creative awards to the youth participating. 4-H Volunteer Sarah Rodgers coordinated the activity. Special Awards were given to Cameron Rinner for the Most Realistic Structure. Isabella Hanson for the Most Creative. Brennan McGuire received the Tallest Structure Award.
