'Your Old House' program set for Jan. 14

Register from now until Jan. 10 for the free library program, Discovering the Story of Your Old House! The program will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 14, in the Nicola Stoufer Room at the Washington Public Library.
Washington's Historic Preservation Commission will share research methods used to discover the history of historic buildings. Commissioners will show participants where to look, what to look for, and how to pull all the clues together to tell the story of their old houses.
Houses of any age and condition are welcome. Register with the address you would like to learn about and some early research will be done for you!
