Youth Field Day May 19
OTTUMWA ? The seventh annual Youth Field Day will be from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. May 19 at the Izaak Walton League in Ottumwa.
The cost is $10. Lunch will be provided.
The classes covered will be soil erosion, trap shooting, edible plants, archery, trapping basics, bowfishing basics, dog handling, rifle shooting, simulator shooting game and turkey hunting basics.

The field day is a way to introduce a child to the many outdoor wonders each season brings to southeast Iowa.
Registration should be received by Thursday to ensure shirt size; late registrations will be accepted up to the event.
