Zahs to speak at Hoover museum
On Monday, Jan. 19, at 2 p.m. local historian Michael Zahs will present the program, "Personal Liberty: Iowa?s Leadership in Civil Rights." This program will be in the auditorium of the Herbert Hoover Presidential Library-Museum in West Branch. The lecture is free with a paid admission to the Hoover Museum.
