Union woman, Linda Tampio, 52, has been charged with driving under suspension, a simple misdemeanor.Henry County Sheriff?s deputies, according to a release from the sheriff?s office, stopped a vehicle on Thursday, Sept. 24, near old Highway 34 outside of New London that Tampio was driving.A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
