As a result of an investigation stemming from receiving 21 reports of vehicle burglaries in Winfield on Sept. 17, the Winfield Police Department arrested Charles Carpenter and Nathan Tilton, both of Winfield.Tilton and Carpenter were charged with multiple counts of vehicle burglary with further charges pending.
