Heavy rain + logjam = problems. And that is what Henry County is currently experiencing at Oakland Mills. Retiring Mt. Pleasant Superintendent of Schools Dr. John Roederer will be feted at an open house tomorrow (Friday) from 3-6 p.m. in the community room at the Heatilator Arts and Civic Center (second floor of the building).Roederer is retiring, effective June 30, after spending his final 20 years in education as the superintendent of the Mt. Pleasant Community School District.
