Due to electric system maintenance, there will be a scheduled citywide electric outage on Wednesday, Nov. 15. This will affect all customers of The City of Danville Municipal Electric.This electric outage has been scheduled between the hours of 1:45 and 4 p.m.

The Hillsboro and Harrisburg Baptist Churches are hosting a Harvest Home Dinner on Sunday, Nov. 19, at 6 p.m. at the Hillsboro Baptist Church. Turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, drinks, rolls and table service are provided. Guests are asked to bring a dish to share. Community members are invited to join in this Thanksgiving Celebration.
