Kevin Wayne Franklin, 50, 504 S. Sixth St., pleaded guilty to fifth-degree theft and was fined $65. He also was ordered to pay a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge.
Todd Michael Jones? probation was revoked. Jones, 40, of Batavia was ordered to complete the five-year sentence entered Oct. 3, 2008, and he must complete the operating while intoxicated continuum program.
