David Ralph Noble, 78, of Douds, died of cancer at 8:40 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 16, 2010, at Good Samaritan Society-Van Buren Hospice in Keosauqua.
A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Christ United Methodist Church in Douds, with the Rev. Ann Donat, the Rev. Richard Wallarab and the Rev. Hal Noble officiating. Burial, with military rites by American Legion John Hyson Reneker Post, will be in Mount Moriah Cemetery,

David Ralph Noble, 78, of Douds, died of cancer at 8:40 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 16, 2010, at Good Samaritan Society-Van Buren Hospice in Keosauqua.
A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Christ United Methodist Church in Douds, with the Rev. Ann Donat, the Rev. Richard Wallarab and the Rev. Hal Noble officiating. Burial, with military rites by American Legion John Hyson Reneker Post, will be in Mount Moriah Cemetery, north of Douds.
Open visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Sunday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua, with the family present from 3-5 p.m. and Masonic rites by Ancient Free and Accepted Masons Celestial Lodge at 5 p.m.
Memorials to Christ United Methodist Church or American Brain Tumor Association may be left at the funeral home or church or may be mailed to the family at 14668 Route V-64, Douds 52551.
Mr. Noble was born March 2, 1932, in Indianapolis, Ind., the son of Charles and May Muse Noble. He married Mary Jensen June 2, 1956, in Elyria, Ohio.
