Jerry Randall Riggs

Jerry Randall Riggs was born April 3, 1935 in Fairfield, Iowa, the son of Roscoe and Oshia (Wood) Riggs. He graduated from Fairfield High School. Jerry was united in marriage to Ruth Frescoln on June 10, 1956 in Batavia, Iowa. Jerry died Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at his home at the age of 75 years.

Celebration of Life Service will be 10:30 am Saturday, April 24, 2010 at the St. Paul United Methodist Church in Williamsburg with Pastor James Parks officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at the Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Williamsburg. Burial will be Saturday at 1:30 pm at the Batavia Cemetery. Memorials are for the St. Paul United Methodist Church, Amana Heritage Society, Essence of Life Hospice in Amana or the American Heart Association.
