Panther boys knock out Wapello
PACKWOOD ? Every single player on the Pekin roster scored and the Panthers (15-5, 13-5 SEISC north) rolled to a 70-37 rout of Wapello (3-17, 2-16) Thursday night.

A total of 11 Panthers added to the scoreboard led by Trey Sathoff scoring 16, Bailey Donovan tallying a season-high 12 and Graham Wittrock finishing with 11. Wittrock, Sathoff and Nate Buch each hit two 3-pointers each as Pekin nailed a total of seven on the night.
The win secures a third-place finish in the final SEISC north division standings behind No. 1-ranked IMS (18-0) and Mediapolis (14-4).
Next up for the Panthers is tonight?s SEISC shootout game at home vs. Burlington-Notre Dame. They will host Albia in Class 2A District 13 opener Monday.
