Fairfield Police Department arrested Roan Douglas Bachar, 17, of 1005 S. Second St., at 3:47 p.m. Sunday in the 300 block of West Monroe Avenue and charged him with delivery of a controlled substance, less than a half-ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Daniel Law Tudor, 23, of 1000 N. Fourth St., was cited for driving the wrong way on a one-way street at Second Street and Briggs Avenue at 11:16 p.m. Saturday.

Tristan Adam Downing, 16, of 507 E. Pierce Ave., was arrested at 10:50 p.m. Friday for possession of a controlled substance, marijuana.

Daniel Diaz Gonzales, 33, of 306 West Broadway Ave., was arrested at home at 12:51 p.m. Friday and charged with driving while barred at 12:26 p.m. Friday at 12th Street and Broadway Avenue.

Police responded to an accident Friday at Second Street and Kirkwood Avenue. Nadesda Plyasova was cited for following too closely.
