$10K in damages estimated following Monday morning collision
There were no injuries reported following a Monday morning collision, but police estimate almost $10,000 worth of damages were caused during the two-vehicle accident.

There were no injuries reported following a Monday morning collision, but police estimate almost $10,000 worth of damages were caused during the two-vehicle accident.
The Mt. Pleasant Police Department responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 100 block of W. Washington St., on Monday, April 30, at approximately 11:30 a.m.
According to police reports, Jeff Broeg, of Mt. Pleasant, was driving his black 2014 Kia Optima west in the inside lane of W. Washington St. when he attempted to change lanes. Donna Teeter, also of Mt. Pleasant, was driving her 2012 white Chevy Malibu west in the outside lane, close to the black Kia.
Broeg struck the white Chevy, causing about $5,000 in damages to each vehicle. No injuries were reported at the scene.
The Mt. Pleasant Police Department was assisted by Breuers Towing and Recovery.
