Agency starts congregate meals enrollment session

Southeast Iowa Area Agency on Aging will be providing details about the congregate senior meal program during an enrollment session from 7 to 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 16, at Hy-Vee, 1700 E. Washington Street in Mt. Pleasant. Representatives from the agency will be available to register people for the program.

In order to be eligible for this program, a person needs to be 60 years of age or older or the spouse of someone 60 or older. Registration in the agency?s nutrition program and signing up for a senior deli dining card are required in order to participate.
