With mild temperatures and a bright sun, Saturday provided a picture perfect autumn day for the inaugural Ainsworth Fall Festival.
The all-day event was put on by the Ainsworth Community Together organization as an effort to bring families together for a fun day in the community.
The Ainsworth Opera House and Community Center served as the hub of the day’s activities, hosting a silent auction and a wide variety of entertainment on the stage.
Several area food vendors were set throughout town, including DeLoveley’s Donuts, Stone Wall Brick Oven Pizza and street tacos.
City Hall hosted children’s games, and there were many classic cars on display for the collector car show.
Families also had the opportunity to enjoy hay rides and buggy rides around town.
In mid-afternoon, the Ainsworth Volunteer Fire Department led a parade through downtown Ainsworth.
Saturday night, the festival was capped with the Leroy Brown Halloween Party with live music from The Boys.
