Ainsworth woman charged with involuntary manslaughter
Ainsworth resident Lori Jo Bean has been charged by the State of Iowa with involuntary manslaughter which resulted in the death of Joye L. Gentzler. Bean is charged with acting as a principal or by aiding and abetting Rodney Lee Bean by committing acts in a manner likely to cause death or serious injury.
Lori Jo Bean was charged with six other counts, namely second degree theft, neglect of a dependent person,

Ainsworth resident Lori Jo Bean has been charged by the State of Iowa with involuntary manslaughter which resulted in the death of Joye L. Gentzler. Bean is charged with acting as a principal or by aiding and abetting Rodney Lee Bean by committing acts in a manner likely to cause death or serious injury.
Lori Jo Bean was charged with six other counts, namely second degree theft, neglect of a dependent person, nonsupport of a dependent adult, and three counts of dependent adult abuse. The second degree theft charge is for unlawfully taking property valued at greater than $10,000.
The charge of involuntary manslaughter is an aggravated misdemeanor and the other six counts are felonies.
