Airbnb at historical home open for business
Chamber members attended a ribbon cutting with Clay Whisler and Corey Ringle last week, who have finished restorations on a historical house they're now using as an Airbnb. The building is the former residence of Ola Babcock Miller: Iowa’s first female secretary of state and founder of the state highway patrol. Its living room was also the supposed wedding place of George Gallup, founder of the Gallup Poll and Miller’s son-in-law. (Photo courtesy of Lyle Moen)
