Alexandria Mae Martinez

Alexandria Mae Martinez, 3 months old, died Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2012, at Jefferson County Health Center in Fairfield.

A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Conesville Cemetery in Conesville with the Rev. Ed Parker officiating.

A celebration of life will be at 5 p.m. Saturday at Suburban Heights Baptist Church for family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials and cards be sent to Hector Martinez and Jennifer Parker at 206 E. Pierce Ave., Apt. No.18, Fairfield 52556.

Behner Funeral Home and Crematory are handling arrangements.

Miss Martinez was born May 28, 2012, in Ottumwa, the daughter of Hector Martinez and Jennifer Parker.

Survivors include her parents; grandparents Michael and Catrina Parker of Fairfield, Carolyn and Scott Buch of Fairfield, and Natalia Martinez of Conesville.

She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents.
