The Mt. Pleasant High School Panther Marching Band received their 31st consecutive Division 1 rating Saturday at the State Marching Band Festival at Brady Street Stadium in Davenport. The annual contest at the end of the high school marching band season in Iowa is sponsored by the Iowa High School Music Association.
