ATV mishap claims New London man
LOWELL ? A New London man was reportedly found under his overturned three-wheeler on a hillside in a pasture west of Lowell Monday afternoon.
Cliffton Chapman, 71, was air-lifted to Great River Medical Center by Med-Force, where he was pronounced dead.
The Henry County Sheriff?s Office received a report of an ATV accident at approximately 12:21 p.m., March 26.
