Bailey, Elmore families reunite

Thirty-six Bailey relatives gathered at the home of Larry Pickard in Kalona, IA for a barbeque on June 7.

Those attending were Lloyd and Meralene Lee, Bob and Martha Pratt, of Salem; Imogene and Harold Dorsey, Kent and Jeremy Lee, Marvin, Diane and Zach May of Mt. Pleasant; Connie Edgington of Ft. Madison; Charlotte Bailey of Pleasant Hill, Mo.; Jeri Mayhew of Pittsburg, Kan.; Gary Bailey, Darrel and Sara Grace Bailey, Dennis, Denise and Ethan Adams, Wilman. Renea Pickard and family of Kalona.

The evening ended with home made ice cream which is a Bailey tradition. The next gathering will be June 13, 2014

The second Bailey - Elmore reunion was held June 8 at the Salem Congregational Church. The families of Hanmer Bailey and Edna Elmore attending were as follows.
