Beverly ?Bev? J. Olson

Beverly ?Bev? J. Olson, 77, of Fairfield, died on Sunday, May 7, 2017, at Jefferson County Health Center, in Fairfield.

Visitation for family and friends will be held from 5 to 7 p.m., on Thursday, May 18, 2017, at Behner Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Friday, May 19, 2017, at First United Methodist Church, with Dave Goehring officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Lawn Cemetery.

Olson was born on May 17, 1939, the daughter of Weslie E. and Charlotte (Becker) Olson in Mt. Pleasant.She graduated from Fairfield High School with the Class of 1958.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.

She enjoyed following the Iowa Hawkeyes basketball team.

Olson is survived by one sister, Shelley Olson, of Ft. Worth, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Weslie and Charlotte Olson; two brothers, Wendell Olson and Richard Olson; and one sister, Shirley Brown.
