Biden to speak in Washington, Fairfield on Saturday

Democratic presidential candidate and former Vice President Joe Biden will speak at events in Washington and Fairfield on Saturday, Dec. 28.
The public is invited to hear Biden speak at the Washington High School at 2 p.m. that day. The school is located at 1111 South B Avenue. Biden will speak at The Cider House 1949 in Fairfield at 4:45 p.m. later that day. The Cider House is located at 1949 Pleasant Plain Road. For both events, doors open 30 minutes early.
Biden served as vice president under President Barack Obama from 2009-2017. Before that, he was a U.S. Senator representing Delaware from 1973-2009.
