Bitter cold returns Sunday
The National Weather Service in the Quad Cities reports that after another snow event Saturday, which should total less than 3 inches over the region, more bitterly cold arctic air will sweep in.
Sunday night through Tuesday will be very cold again, with low temperatures of -10 to -15 common, and wind chills Sunday night and early Monday morning of -20 to -30.
