Brews, blues, brats and smore's

MT. PLEASANT — This Thursday join Sunnybrook Assisted Living for some free summertime fun. They will be hosting the community for a grill out with beverages and food provided for free by Sunnybrook.

According to marketing director Cody Fleitner, they are pairing with The Grange to provide beer tastings at the event, along with domestic brews. Sunnybrook will be providing the brats and s’mores for the event.

“It’s a cool kind of casual evening we have planned on our back porch,” Fleitner said. “Because of COVID, we haven’t been able to do much, so we’re taking advantage of the nice weather to have fun with the residents and the community.”

The event will be Thursday from 4:30-6:30 p.m. on the Sunnybrook back patio where they will provide great drinks, food and music to create a unique summertime evening full of fun.

Live Entertainment will be provided by Kent Strabella and Aaron from Sunnybrook.

This event is free and open to the public.
